Appliances include range-oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Central Heat and AC. Water, sewer, and snow removal are included with rent. Tenants pay for other utilities. I do allow pets. However, no individual pet should be over 30lbs if tenant has two pets; no pet should be over 70lb if tenant only has one pet. Additional deposits and monthly rent will be assessed on pets. Small dogs (30lbs or less) and cats, $250/pet refundable deposit, $15/pet more monthly rent. Medium dogs (30-50lbs), $300/pet refundable deposit, $20/pet more monthly rent. Large dogs (50-70lbs) $350/pet refundable deposit, $25/pet more monthly rent.
