In unit stackable washer and dryer, kitchen has all supplies needed for a long term stay, cable TV with 125 channels, 600mbps high speed internet. All access membership at Brickhouse Functional Fitness for guests only- access to open gym, classes, yoga, drop in daycare. 1 designated parking space, forced heating and air. Guests will be supplied with basic essentials to start but not the whole time for longer stays. Guest access: Assigned parking spot is behind the building along with street parking in front of the building. Other notes: Month to month lease or 2-6 month lease contracts available upon request. Discounts available for longer stays. 28 night minimum. 2 pets under 30 pounds allowed. $50/pet fee. Pet damage deducted from security deposit. $120 move out cleaning deposit due at signing.
