Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families, this centrally located stay offers a comfortable and convenient base for your visit. This thoughtfully designed apartment features an innovative open-concept living space that seamlessly blends the living and dining areas with the kitchen. The living room is perfect for relaxing with a sofa bed and chair, a 4K 55" HDR Smart TV, and a coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, coffee maker with essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot & cold water, glasses, silverware, pots & pans, and a dining table with chairs. The inviting full bathroom is private and stocked with essential toiletries, a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, and toilet. Parking is available on the premises with instructions provided at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $20 per pet per night for 1-7 nights, $200 flat rate for 8-29 nights, and $300 flat rate for 30 nights or more. A maximum of 2 pets (cats/dogs only) are allowed. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated for a fee of $35 for up to two hours, with at least 24 hours' notice. This centrally located apartment puts you close to top attractions, dining spots, shopping areas, and family-friendly destinations. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and vibrant, making it easy to explore Cleveland with ease. Everything you need is just minutes away. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM daily. Violations may result in cancellation of booking and removal from the property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and any violation will result in police being called and immediate removal from the property without refunds. Unauthorized guests will incur a $100 fine per guest. Smoking is prohibited on the property, and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 fine. Guests may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. Late check-out will incur a $500 fee.
