Rent includes water, trash, and sewer; the resident pays for gas, electricity, and internet. Columbus schools! The Enclave units are in buildings with a common hallway- 4 units on the top floor and four units on the bottom floor. One designated parking space per unit- plenty of additional non-marked parking on the property. 2184 B is vacant and will be ready to rent on 3/23. We require the new resident to see it before submitting an application. We can hold it up to three weeks from the time of application, with a signed lease agreement. You are welcome to see it during office hours: Monday 9:30-5, Friday 9:30-5, and Wednesday 9:30-12. Christine works in the office and will give you the keys to view it during office hours.
