Welcome to the Laurel Branch Retreat, a farmhouse-themed midterm rental house located only 20 minutes to Johnson City and Kingsport as well as major hospitals (JCMC/HVMC/ISMC) and employers (Eastman) in the Tri-Cities! The Retreat is a fully modernized 3BR/2BA professional sanctuary nestled in a private rural setting centrally located in the Tri-Cities area. The Retreat is located in the best of both worlds just 3 miles to I-81, providing a 20-minute commute to Johnson City, Kingsport, and Greeneville. Private driveway parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. The Retreat is fully furnished with all utilities included.
