In addition, the tenant is to clean the weed in the front and backyard. The tenant must follow HOA rules and regulations. The tenant must also pay for the air filter replacement every three months. Once the lease ends, the tenant and residents must together pay a 400 cleaning fee. We do not accept pets, smoking, and subleasing.
