We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper, dishwashing detergent and paper towels but you need to purchase additional consumables if you need them. Your linens and towels were washed prior to your entry so you may need to wash them if the need arises during your stay. Please no bicycles on the deck or stair well as there is a bike rack near the pool for your purpose. The advertised lease rate is based on 3 month lease lease. Shorter lease agreements may be considered. Refundable damage deposit is one months rent. Minimum credit score is 690. All leases must be pre-paid at the time of reservation
