Background and employment checks will be conducted. 2 Pets both cat and dog friendly, breed specific and owner approved, are allowed with an additional monthly rent offset. This 3-bed 1.25 bath 1,150 ft.² house is in a very quiet neighborhood, huge corner lot with huge fenced rear yard, it is xeriscaped with pollinator plants for bees and butterflies but also for minimal work/minimal water use, (Tenant must do snow removal). Three bedrooms – two identical master bedrooms 12 x 12’, master bath in hallway with bathtub, and the third bedroom is a little smaller at 11’ x 12’ and has in-room 1/4 bath (toilet and sink only).
