Uncovered parking is available in the driveway for a maximum of 2 cars. A well-behaved pet may be considered with a $500 pet deposit. No smoking. First and last month's rent and a $2,200.00 security deposit due prior to moving in. Available for 12-month+ lease only. UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: phone (optional), and cable TV as well as remove snow from their portion of driveway & deck.
