This home also comes with electricity and water utilities included in the rent, $2,200 per month. The lease duration is 12 months. Tenants are responsible for providing first month's rent, last month's rent, and security deposit ($1,100) in order to move in. Rent is due on the 1st of every month. There will be a four-day grace period. Payments made after the 5th of the month will be considered late and subject to a $50 late fee. This is a non-smoking property. Any smoking in the house will be subject to a $500 fine per instance. **Electricity and Water Utilities are included in the rental price** However, any electric bill over $200 will be billed the excess amount over $200 to the tenant. (Example, an electric bill of $250, will lead to a charge of $50 to tenant) Tenant is responsible for internet service. Maintenance Responsibilities Tenant is responsible for mowing and caring for the lawn, or hiring someone to do lawn care. Tenant is responsible for pest control. Tenant is responsible for hot tub maintenance. Tenant is responsible for changing the Air Conditioning Filter each month. The house has well-water with a pump. In case of a power outage there will be no pump to run the water. Tenants are responsible for supplying a generator if desired in order to have water during such an event.
