Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g., vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for cleanup of excessive pet hair. Stains on the carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace, whichever is higher. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $200 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher.
