Public transportation is easily accessible with the MARTA Station just 3 blocks away, offering a 25-minute ride to the airport and convenient access to other parts of the city. The building is also close to major highways I-75/85 and I-20, and the Freedom Park Trail connects to the Beltline. Please be aware that the building is currently undergoing construction, which may result in noise from blowers in the lobby and hallways. Additionally, the parking lot is privately owned and may have some trash. Guests should also note that AC and heating are seasonal and controlled by the HOA. The hosts are available from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm, but immediate after-hours responses are not guaranteed. No pets are allowed, with a minimum fine of $500 for violations. Behavior resulting in a false fire alarm incurs a minimum fine of $150. Eating, beverages, or smoking are not allowed in hallways or common areas, with a minimum fine of $50.
