Sheets, towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board are provided. Laundry room access is available in the basement of the building. A/C and heating are controlled by the building. On-site parking is available in a privately owned parking lot. Located in the heart of downtown Atlanta, this condo is within walking distance of Americas Mart, World of Coke, the Georgia World Congress Center, Mercedes Benz Stadium, and Philips Arena. The area is safe and well-traveled, with City Ambassadors available to help and guide. It offers convenient access to both the highway and MARTA public transportation. The Sheraton Atlanta Hotel, Hilton Atlanta, Atlanta Marriott Marquis, Atlanta Convention Center at AmericasMart, Hyatt Regency Atlanta, Peachtree Center MARTA, and Coca-Cola place are all within a 4 to 10-minute walk. The CNN Center/Omni Atlanta Hotel is a 17-minute walk, and the Georgia Aquarium and Mercedes-Benz Stadium are a 20-minute walk. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. This space is for residential use only and is not for social gatherings or parties. Only registered guests are allowed in the unit. No pets are allowed at any time, with a minimum fine of $500. Behavior resulting in a false fire alarm will incur a minimum fine of $150. No eating, beverages, or smoking are allowed in the hallways or other common areas of the building, with a minimum fine of $50. Do not put pizza boxes or other large items into the hallway trash chutes, with a minimum fine of $50. Guests should note that the condo is located in the heart of the city, and there are often houseless individuals smoking and drinking around the area and outside of the building. The building is under construction, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways. AC and heating are available seasonally. If you are locked out of the unit, the Building Staff is available to assist you but please contact your host for instruction first. Packages and mail should not be sent to the Building to be held for you. Do not block elevator doors and hold them open. It will shut down the elevator. Do not let people follow you into the building/elevator. Only residents and guests with fobs should be allowed to enter.
