At the back of the home, it is all lush hillside, no other houses, just green trees, you'd think you are in the country. The home is L shaped, two wings, with a huge, two-story-tall living room in the middle. The two wings are on the sides of a tiled front patio with a wall fountain. The wall hides the traffic, you only see all green hillside views above it. NORTH WING: ( two bedrooms, two bathrooms): Ground level: Laundry room on the left, and the garage's side- door is on the right. Stairs go up to the house. This staircase is only for the laundry and the garage, and to serve as an extra exit. The main staircase, with a wrought iron gate, is on the other side of the garage. FIRST FLOOR: Main entrance from the front patio. Kitchen (tiled) and a door leading to a formal dining room, hardwood floor, a built-in cupboard, windows, and green hillside view.) It has its own door opening directly to the patio. Second story: All hardwood floors. At the top of the stairs, there's A small storage/workroom. A corridor leads to a bedroom (#4), and a 1950s tiled bathroom with a skylight. At the end of the corridor, there is a two-level bedroom suite,(#5). The ceiling is covered with wood planks and the floor is hardwood. On the lower level: A sitting area with a wood-burning fireplace. Stairs up to the second level's bedroom and an all tiled master bath with a jetted tub, bidet, green hillside and trees views. SOUTH WING: (three bedrooms, three bathrooms): The first floor is off the front patio. Bedroom, (#1) has tiled floor, wooden beams, and its all tiled bathroom with an oversized cast iron Kohler tub, a large closet and an extra, unusual long space for more storage or clothes racks. two doors: A direct, private entrance from the front patio and a connecting door to the living room. Top floor: Master bedroom,(#3) laminate floor, beams, a wood-burning fireplace, a large walk-in closet is cedar lined, all tiled master bathroom, jetted tub, sauna, cathedral ceiling, beams, wood covered ceiling, green views in two directions. Two pairs of French doors open from the master bedroom to two tiled decks. One deck leads to the back yard, the other via a staircase to the main entrance gate. Here too you can come and go without trooping through the house. A two-car oversized garage under the front patio, motorized doors, several windows, lots of daylight, Perfect for a workshop, a gym, an artist's studio, etc. BUT NO LOUD NOISE PLEASE. NO POWER TOOLS, NO LOUD MUSIC. Respect the neighbors. There is additional, concrete and tile parking area for 4-5 cars off-street, in front of the garage..
