Kitchen, dining, and living room and first floor with built in A/C unit in the living room. Upstairs you have 2 hard wood floor bedrooms and a full bath. Front porch, large yard and plenty of parking. All of our properties are occupied until August, but we are showing them now. We rent per bedroom [$460 each] plus gas, electric, and water. There is no application fee but we do require a $200 non-refundable deposit. Putting this deposit down will lock you into this unit and we take it off the market.
