Ideally located just 1 mile to Legends Event Center and Top Golf, 1.5 miles to Century Square dining and shopping, and 2.5 miles to Kyle Field and Texas A&M. It's also within walking distance to Farm Patch Market for fresh produce and the newly rebuilt Chicken Oil Co., a local favorite. Events require written approval and a $300 or more fee. No smoking of any kind is allowed. Only registered guests are allowed unless approved in writing. Please respect our neighbors and our quiet hours which start at 9 PM. When leaving the home at any time, please ensure all lights and fans are turned off along with all appliances. No tape, anything sticky, glitter, hanging using nails, or anything that could damage our walls is permitted in any part of the home.
