This well-appointed home offers ample space for families or groups, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay with everything you need for a memorable San Diego adventure. This magnificent two-bedroom, two-bathroom abode is perfect for your next San Diego escape. The apartment is the bottom unit of a duplex, so there might be other guests staying in the unit above. The Master Suite features a queen-sized bed, a dedicated workspace, a flat-screen TV, and calming plants. The ensuite bathroom includes both a bathtub and a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom, known as the "bunkhouse," sleeps five with built-in bunks providing three full-size mattresses and a private bathroom equipped with two showers. Each unit has its own private entry. Enjoy a rejuvenating private hot tub and a deck for relaxation. A shared lower backyard offers cornhole and bocce ball for friendly competition. We allow a maximum of two pets and charge a $65 fee for each pet, per stay. Unfortunately, we do not allow cats at the property. Guests who bring unauthorized pets onto the property will be responsible for a fine of $250 per pet and any additional cleaning charges based on the cleanliness of the home at time of check-out. Historic charm meets modern ease in Mission Hills. Stately homes and charming bungalows line quiet streets, overlooking Old Town and San Diego Bay. Situated just north of Downtown, west of Hillcrest, and south of the San Diego River valley, it is one of San Diego’s oldest and most desirable neighborhoods. The area is primarily residential with some small shops and restaurants. The business district is home to a variety of ethnic restaurants, buzzing shops, bustling pubs, and convenient services. Top suggestions include brunch at Cafe Coyote for an authentic Mexican experience, authentic Italian at Volare Family Restaurant, and delicious pizza at HillCrust. Enjoy the lively scene in the Gaslamp Quarter, rent a bike through Balboa Park, or catch a baseball game at Petco Park. Indulge in retail therapy at Fashion Valley Mall or Mission Valley Mall. San Diego National Airport is just 3 miles away. Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later unless other arrangements have been approved by the host. Check-out is at 11:00 AM unless previously discussed. Guests shall vacate the unit at the end of its rental period. If the housekeepers arrive on time at 11:00 AM and the unit is not vacated, guests will be charged $100 every fifteen minutes past 11:00 AM for their delay. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, and we participate in a community noise reduction program. Our NoiseAware system monitors noise levels and occupancy to help us maintain a respectful atmosphere. We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties, or gatherings of any sort. Quiet hours are daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The hot tub is off limits during quiet hours. Our property is 100% smoke-free; including both private and communal areas. Evidence of smoking will result in a fine up to $2,000 for smoke remediation. Unauthorized additional guests or visitors will result in a fee of $250 per person. Guests are required to report all damage that occurred during their stay to the host via the booking platform, prior to check-out. Guests will be financially responsible for any damage that occurs during their reservation that is not covered by the damage waiver. Please do not remove any furnishings, equipment, or items from the unit. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited. The Master Suite includes a dedicated workspace, perfect for those who need to work remotely during their stay. A laptop computer is not included. Registration Number: 641432
