Well behaved dogs and cats are welcome. Walk to Sloan Lake from this "Victorian meets Industrial renovation" duplex. Don't know what that means. Drop by and see. There is no off street parking but the street offers ample street parking due to the presence of large Victorian homes in the area. Well behaved dogs and cats are welcome. Maximum two (2) animals permitted. There is a $300 animal deposit and $35 per month for animal rent. Utilities not included. Electric and Gas are separately metered. Heat is separate. Heat is billed at 60% of the total amount and is on levelized billing. Internet/cable/phone would be arranged with local provider. Water, sewer, and trash are billed back at the rates of $20/month for water, $15/month for sewer, and $13/month for trash (amount is based on trash cart size) in addition to rent. We prefer an annual lease and the advertised rate is for that term. We do offer terms shorter than one year (i.e. month to month) at a rental rate of $250 per month in addition to the advertised rate. Some of the pictures are staged. Fireplace is decorative only. The fireplace does not accommodate real fire. The unit is provided unfurnished. Pictures were taken in the recent snow. Now the fine print. My wife and I own this property. I am a licensed real estate agent with Reliant Real Estate, Inc. We require an application and if you choose to apply there is a fee that covers only our cost ($35 per adult) for your background check.
