Property Id: 1303501 Beautiful and peaceful Beach Cottage available for rent. The two-bedroom, one-bath Cottage is a little over one block from the beach and has a brand-new kitchen, bathroom, windows, floors, doors, interior paint, lights, and gas range with an air fryer. This cottage is one of four units. The three other tenants have lived here between 25 and 30 years. There are closets in each bedroom, two closets in the hallway, a large storage area, and parking. There is a pretty view out of the living room and kitchen windows. The Unit is 704 sq ft, and a 240 sq ft covered area is out the back door for storage. We require a credit report and first, last, and security. Washer/dryer hook up. The owner pays for water and garbage. Tenant is responsible for Gas and electricity. On a personal note, we remodeled the Unit with love, as if we would be living there. We're looking for a tenant or tenants who care about keeping their new home in good condition.
