A dog is allowed with $250 refundable pet deposit + $35 per month. *There is a basement apartment in the house that uses a completely separate entrance. *Washer/Dryer is available on site, this is in a shared space with the downstairs apartment. Parking is available in the rear of the home via the alley, or on the street in front of the home. Tenants will have access to a 1 car garage space. There is plenty of parking in the driveway, and also space to park a small RV or camper in the back!
