It has its quirks, too; it's 2 bedrooms, but the only bathroom is through the master bedroom (which has a huge walk-in closet), so it's not great for shares and would probably be better for a couple or one renter. But, it's an amazing house with lots of character in a great neighborhood that's close to everything. Credit and background check required.
