It's a 0.1 mile walk to Markham Hills Nature Trail, a 20-minute (0.9 mi) walk to Razorback Football Stadium, 2.5 miles to Dickson Street, and 3 miles to the Fayetteville Historic Square. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
