At the top of the driveway, each unit has 1 parking spot available as well.The Neighborhood: The neighborhood is quiet and the people are nice. Great location close to the lateral, I-75, and I-71. Able to get to other areas, Oakley, Hyde Park, Mt. Lookout, Downtown, OTR, Pleasant Ridge, etc. in anywhere from 5-15 minutes; making this location a great spot to be close to the action,get more space for your money, and enjoy the easy/relaxed street of Cathedral Ave.The Garage:The garage can be used for parking or storage for an additional $25 per month if requested.The Backyard: The backyard is a shared space with Unit 2. The back deck, however, is not shared space and used only by Unit 1.Landscaping and Lawn-care: Old Squaw Holdings LLC will take care of landscaping and lawn-care responsibilities.
