Located about five miles west of the University of South Florida, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, Adventure Island, and University Mall, the charming Carrollwood neighborhood is convenient to everything Tampa has to offer, but slightly removed to be a peaceful escape at the end of the day. A portion of Lake Carroll extends into the neighborhood on its west side, providing beautiful views for those selecting rentals near the lake.
