The unit is a 5-minute walk to the Armitage station, with DePaul University around the corner, and close to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, restaurants, and public parks. There is a $75 application fee per applicant and a $100 move fee charged by management. A $2,200 security deposit is required by the owner. Applicants must have a credit score of 700 or higher and a combined monthly income of at least $6,600 before taxes. No pets are allowed. The owner is seeking a 2-year lease.
