DENVER APARTMENT RENTAL - Looking to rent out my entire City Park FULLY FURNISHED apartment starting November 1st. Contract length flexible. We LOVED living here - but moved to the burbs. The apartment is a two bed, two bath unit. Rent is $2,900 plus utilities (just electricity & internet). Everything else is included. Apartment includes - -All furniture/kitchen supplies/cooking materials -Dishwasher -In-unit washer/dryer -AC -Electric fireplace -Smart TVs -Great wifi -Wrap around balcony -2 indoor parking spots & ample street parking. Never had an issue! -Small storage unit in garage. -Walking distance to City Park and all the great bars/restaurants on 17th (I also scooter/walk home from Rino/downtown all the time). Master Bedroom -King bed -Attached master bathroom with shower & tub -Juliette balcony -Walk-in closet -Desk and chair -Smart TV Guest Bedroom -Queen bed -Bathroom with shower directly across from room -Large closet with plenty of storage The building itself is very quiet - I never hear neighbors; so I'm looking for someone that will also respect the quietness of the building and keep the apartment clean. No parties.
