Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check in. No pets are allowed on property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping/smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. The minimum age to book is 21. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
