Clinton is a quaint, waterfront town along the shores of the Long Island Sound. The area has beautiful beaches, multiple marinas, and farmlands with horses creating a relaxing coastal countryside atmosphere. Clinton is also the birthplace of Yale University. The small town was originally home to the Collegiate School, which was later moved to New Haven and renamed.
