This apartment features soaring 18-ft ceilings and elevator access. This apartment features Thermador appliances, spa baths with a soaking tub and dual showers, and an open-living-kitchen-dining experience. The master bathroom is en-suite, while the other bathroom is shared by the two other bedrooms. You can park 2 vehicles in the secure garage located on site. While you won't need to climb stairs to enter the building or your unit, you will need to climb stairs to reach the 700 sqft rooftop deck with a fire pit overlooking TQL Stadium. Located in the best part of Over the Rhine, this apartment is on a quiet, clean street right next to Washington Park and TQL Stadium. From here you can walk anywhere in downtown or OTR, and it's a 1-minute walk to TQL Stadium and a 3-minute walk to Washington Park. Dozens of restaurants, bars, theaters, and museums are within walking distance of the property, and there's easy and quick access to Findlay Market, the University of Cincinnati, Music Hall, nightlife, and all of downtown and OTR. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing. If you throw an unauthorized party, charges may be pressed for criminal trespass, and you and your guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Please observe quiet hours from 9:30pm-8am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Do not smoke or light anything in this property, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, and hookah. Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed unless expressly disclosed in your reservation details and will result in termination of reservation without refund if discovered. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for cleanup of excessive pet hair, at our discretion. If you have a pet that sheds, please bring lint rollers and remove your pet's hair from the property. Stains on the carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace, whichever is higher. Smoking anything indoors will incur a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or "trashed" will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security, fire department, or police fees or other costs arise out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost. The minimum security fee is $150.
