From here you can walk anywhere in downtown or OTR, and it's a 1-minute walk to TQL Stadium and a 3-minute walk to Washington Park. Dozens of restaurants, bars, theaters, and museums are within walking distance of the property, and there's easy and quick access to Findlay Market, the University of Cincinnati, Music Hall, nightlife, and all of downtown and OTR. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or "trashed" will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher.
