Feel at home in this single-level 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home in Clarksville, perfect for your stay whether you are PCS'ing, visiting family, or just needing a reliable place to travel. This home can host up to 12 people, with a maximum of 10 in beds and 2 on futons. This amazing open-concept home features a large dining area, an open kitchen with a cook-top island, and a huge living room. A laundry room is available for guests. An additional living room features a futon bed and leads to a queen-bed bedroom and a full-bed bedroom, both sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom. The main living room includes a huge and luxurious sleep sac sofa that sleeps 2 people and another futon. On the left side of the house, an artist studio has been converted into a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, alongside another queen bedroom. The king-size bedroom retreat features white subway tile, a free-standing tub, a handicap-accessible shower, and two walk-in closets. The fully enclosed yard is perfect for entertaining, featuring a grill, a fire pit, and floodlights. Free Wi-Fi is available. Parking is available with 1 spot in the garage, 4 spots in the driveway, and 1 spot along the street. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. A pack-n-play is provided upon request. Situated in a fantastic and quiet neighborhood just 5 minutes from Ft Campbell and close to everything Clarksville offers. This quiet community is located near everything you would need in Clarksville. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book and a signed rental agreement is required. Check-in and check-out are automated via a smart lock on the front door. Support is available by phone, and assistance can be provided if needed. A maximum of 6 cars is allowed at the residence. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during their stay, and a replacement fee will be charged for stained or damaged towels and linens. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All pet waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional cleaning costs will be charged for pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home. A Ring Doorbell is present, facing away from the home towards the yard for security purposes. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours and disturbing neighbors will result in reservation cancellation, immediate departure, and no refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. Smoking (cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc.) is prohibited in or around the home. A $500 damage charge will be incurred for any signs of smoking, including smell, ash, or cigarette butts found outside. A $500 fee will be charged if marijuana is smoked in or around the home, and reservation details may be turned over to authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted only with prior approval. All trash must be bagged and placed in provided bins. A $100 charge will apply for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left. An office area is available in the king-size bedroom. [SI]
