The main living room offers a sleep sac sofa and a futon, sleeping up to 2 people. One artist studio converted bedroom has a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, while another queen bedroom is also available. The master suite includes a king bed, two walk-in closets, and an office area, with a bathroom featuring a free-standing tub and a handicap-accessible shower with white subway tile. Parking is available with 1 spot in the garage, 4 spots in the driveway, and 1 spot along the street. This is a pet-friendly home with a non-refundable pet fee. A pack-in-play is provided upon request. This house is quietly situated in a wonderful community very near Ft. Campbell and close to everything Clarksville offers. It can be found using any GPS navigation system. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. Parties and events are prohibited without prior approval. Smoking is prohibited in or around the home, with a $500 charge for any signs of smoking or cigarette butts found outside. Smoking marijuana in or around the home will incur a $500 fee and may result in details being turned over to authorities. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings. An excessive amount of trash left at the property will incur a $100 charge. Guests must agree to a release before any refund is issued. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All pet waste must be cleaned up from the yard.
