The cottage also offers two outdoor living areas: a partially fenced front space for morning coffee and a fully fenced backyard ideal for outdoor dining, sunbathing, or barbecues. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. Parking is convenient with a private driveway accommodating up to 4 vehicles. Nestled in a delightful beachside neighborhood, this cottage is located just a short stroll from Beach Access #1, putting you steps away from the sugar-white sands and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the convenience of being located behind Stewby's restaurant, a popular local seafood spot, and explore charming shops, boutiques, and local markets. Okaloosa Island offers various entertainment options, including nearby attractions, mini-golf courses, and the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park. Natural parks and trails are also available for outdoor exploration, all within a friendly and welcoming community atmosphere. This property is strictly non-smoking, and a $250 cleaning and deodorizing fee will be charged if there is any evidence of smoke. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A $50 fine will be charged for late check-out. Guests are required to notify the host of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. For your comfort and peace of mind, the property is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor that monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry. Please be mindful of neighbors and maintain a respectful noise level, especially during nighttime hours, as quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction. No pets are allowed without prior written authorization, and a $100 pet fee will be applied if approved. Guests bringing pets without approval will be charged a $300 fee and immediately evicted. Events and vendors are prohibited. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Please be mindful of tropical bugs and wild animals. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. The host, or their agent, may enter the property at any time in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours’ notice for normal maintenance. The host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Guests agree to pay for any damage made to the property and its furnishings. Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks. Please dispose of food in the available trash can. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. No eating of food in any bedroom to prevent pests and linen damage. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels due to stains from makeup, hair dye, tanning products, or coloring sticks will be charged to the guest. A $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after check-out. A $20 per person per day charge will be applied for any visitor not identified in the reservation. Guests must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking. The living area is equipped with a 55-inch Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.
