We keep the house 64-70 degrees year round. It's a corner lot so you won't have any trouble finding parking along the side walk. Internet and utilities are included. We have dogs so you must be dog friendly, but we ask not to add any more pets to the household. You will need a full time (verifiable), non-work from home, job. Sorry, retirement is not considered a full time job. Pass background check - No criminal history 1 full month security deposit plus 1st month's rent due at signing. 6 month lease, if we get along well it can be extended.
