This home also includes Smart TVs, big screen TVs, a beautiful patio perfect for entertaining, a corn hole set with an outdoor drink fridge, beach gear, a coffee pot with coffee, cream, and sugar, and a laptop-friendly workspace. Beach gear is available and a pet fee of $75 per stay for two pets maximum applies, increasing to $150 per week and $200 per month for longer-term guests. No garage access is provided due to insurance liability. Jax Beach offers 22 miles of wide, uncrowded, white-sandy beaches with majestic sunrises and star-filled nights. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book a reservation, and an individual who is 21 years of age or older must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Please no eating or drinking in the bedrooms (closed water bottles are an exception). Please no smoking on the property; cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided on the front patio. An additional fee to remove stains/odors from cigarettes will apply. Please pick up all trash before departing and place all garbage in an outside trash can. Please wash all dishes. If the dishwasher was used, please run and unload the dishwasher prior to departure.
