About This Property
In short: Furnished NW Portland sublet w/ paid utilities, designated off street parking spot, high speed internet, and a monthly cleaning service included. Looking to rent for either 3, 6 , or 9 months, starting June 1, 2021. We can be flexible on the length (month-to-month) but it must be a minimum lease agreement of 3 months to start, per our HOA laws. This is a great and classic hardwood floor apartment in the heart of NW Portland at 2083 NW Johnson. The building has 39 units and was built in 1911, then restored and converted into vintage condos in 1996. Our apartment is on the 5th floor (6 floors total, with the basement being #1), and our unit faces the parking lot as opposed to the busy/noisy 21st avenue. Our unit has an off-street dedicated parking spot which is ideal in this neighborhood where parking can be tough, and a permit can be costly. The apartment has many comforts, a small reading nook off the master bedroom, a heated floor in the bathroom, wonderful daylight, air conditioning in the living room, office, and bedroom, a large flat screen TV within the built-in, high-speed internet, a king size bed, an office room, a water rower, a pull out sofa, a full kitchen, etc. The building also has an elevator and a laundry room. You will be within 1-3 blocks of bus lines, streetcar, coffee, Trader Joe's, etc. Internet, parking, and utilities are included. We will also provide a cleaning service at the end of each month. Ideally, we would like a professional or retired couple to rent the apartment. While there is a second bedroom that can be used for a second individual - we would prefer to keep it as an office/workout room. All that said, we're open to talk, so please don't hesitate to reach out. Do know we currently have renters in the unit. If you work in the area at the Legacy hospital, this is ideal! Deposit and signed contract will be required.
