The feature lights gracing the roofline further enhance the art deco style of the building. Built in the 1930s, from the sweeping lobby to the quaint courtyard, it retains the impressive refinement of its era. This large top-floor southeast corner one-bedroom is a lovely space. As soon as you walk in you're greeted with light! Even on a gray day, you have light! The front door enters into the very large living room. It feels more like an open floor plan of a loft. But it's better. It has a good-sized bedroom with double closets; a nook between the living room and the bedroom that has the original built-in armoire, which holds a lot! Plenty of cabinets for all the gear. The kitchen has ample cabinets which greet the morning sun. There is also a dinning room with a sweet area for a dining table and that first cup of coffee. What I love most is the tree-house feel you get...you're looking out at large leafy green trees in the summer, which helps keep the heat down and also gives you a sanctuary vibe.
