Near the bus line in Millvale, the house is a quick commute to Route 28, Downtown Pittsburgh, Lawrenceville, Reserve Township and more! Millvale is a city living atmosphere without city tax rates. Also, the Borough of Millvale is home to many attractions that include restaurants, breweries and entertainment venues. Tenants are responsible for all utilities (gas, electric and water/sewage/garbage). Pets are considered on a case by case basis and fees do apply. Dogs must be 40 lbs or less full grown.
