If guests throw a party, trash and/or damage the unit, disrespect the property, or hold a gathering with additional guests that were not reported in the initial booking, a $200 fine will be enforced. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. If guests leave the premises more than thirty (30) minutes after the posted check-out time, a $75 fee will be charged. If possession of the premises is held for more than two additional hours beyond designated check-out, an additional day's stay will be charged at the base nightly rate without discounts. Guests agree that if any aspect of the premises or home is damaged at the fault of guests, that they are responsible for the total repair costs, including supplies and labor, to restore damages to rent-ready condition. Upon reporting a complaint regarding any aspect of the property, guests authorize maintenance to enter the property to resolve the issues of concern. Parking is available in the shared apartment complex parking lot. Guests shall not park or drive anywhere on grass, landscaping, or any other areas that are not designated parking spaces. If a previous guest has left minor damage and we were unable to conduct repairs before check-in, it will be reported to maintenance staff.
