The apartment is a mother-in-law-suite, which is located next to the main house. The apartment has a large parking area with a picnic table. The apartment is surrounded by trees, ferns, and bushes, therefore very quiet ;-). Laundry can be done in the main house or in laundromats nearby. The apartment is in walking distance to Stetson University, Deland hospital, CVS, restaurants, and downtown Deland etc... The apartment has a queen size bed and a pull-out sofa bed (full bed size). The maximum occupancy is 2 people. As there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living area, you are welcome to bring friends or family members ;-). We take great care of our tenants and always have an open ear for them .... If there would be any issues in the apartment with the A/C/fridge/electricity/hot water or any other issues, we take care right away... We are respectful and considerate property managers and are always there for any questions and concerns. I am a registered nurse and my husband an IT/computer guy ;-). The cozy 1-bedroom apartment is next to our main house. It has a private entrance with a door code and easy parking right next to it. The living room space: It has a full kitchen (oven, big fridge, microwave, sink) with many additional cabinets. A comfortable sitting area with a pull out/full size mattress sofa. It has a breakfast/ study table with 2 chairs. Bathroom: It has a shower, no tub. 1 sink with a large medicine cabinet. The bedroom: It has one queen-size bed and a small office space with a chair. The apartment has many windows. High speed Internet/ Wi-Fi, Streaming TV (HULU, NETFLIX, AMAZON etc. capable). It also has central air & heat. All Utilities included. Laundry can be done in the main house or outside the property. Laundromats are located only 2 min. close by car. Enjoy, your cozy and quiet nest ;-)
