All new vinyl plank flooring, NEW custom kitchen with new appliances & quartz counters. Main Floor: Living room, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, Linen closet. 2nd Fl: 2 Bedrooms w/ ample closets. Basement: Laundry hook ups, storage. (Currently has a 1 year old washer and dryer for use, which will stay until they are no longer operable, but are not technically part of the lease.) Home has a deck, and semi private yard area. Serene views out the kitchen and back bedrooms. One parking Spot directly in front of the unit, another is in general parking for the property. This is a non-smoking property. We do NOT allow cats. We would consider a dog, breed specific as allowed by our insurer. If a dog is approved, there will be an additional non-refundable pet security deposit of $850. Owners live on property.
