This completely furnished country cottage is located on a peaceful and scenic 1/2 acre parcel, just outside of Schuylerville and over the Fort Miller Bridge to Route 46. It's a 20-30 minute drive to Saratoga Springs, Glens Falls and less than 60 minutes to the Capital District Region. The rent includes: Kerosene oil heat, LP cooking gas, sewer/water usage, snow removal, lawn care, trash pick-up and up to $100/month of electric service. Spectrum cable TV/WiFi service is available. Cable is not included in the rent. Wi-Fi is included. Two televisions, kitchen utensils, a propane gas stove in the living room, and window air conditioners are also included. Bed and bath linens are not included. The first month rent of $1,695 plus $1,695 security deposit are required upon signing the lease and prior to occupancy. A pet will be considered at $50/month additional rent. This is a flexible short-term rental October 15th to May 15th, give or take a week in the beginning or the end. Maximum of two people.
