All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment. An unregistered pet fee of $100 per pet will be charged. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Parties are not allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation are as follows: first, a complimentary warning; second, a $100 fine; and third, immediate eviction with no refund. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware. Please dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal. Place all trash in trash can or dispose in the trash shoot.
