Enjoy meals at the kitchen table or in the formal dining room with a farm table. The office/den space includes a desk, office chair, and futon for extra sleeping space. The home boasts four bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and two bedrooms with two full beds each. The screened-in porch provides access to the fenced backyard with a private above-ground pool. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Situated in a residential area, this home is about 10 minutes away from Lake Murray. While Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, driving is encouraged for convenience. The fireplace is not operational or available for use. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool, requiring access to the yard/pool area on service days. The house features contact-free check-in via a digital door code, and guests must be 21 years of age to book. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All pet waste must be cleaned up from the yard, and additional cleaning costs due to pets will be charged if necessary. The office/den space includes a desk and office chair, providing a comfortable work-from-home set-up. A laptop computer is not included.
