About This Property

Available for a lease to begin as early as 12/1/19. We have a first floor one bedroom, one bathroom unit available in a concrete building on Robinson Street in Oakland. It is only a few blocks from the University of Pittsburgh, Carlow University, hospitals and restaurants. The bus runs up and down the street as well as across Terrace which is one block up. If you go down the street you can get right on Fifth Avenue taking you downtown, over to South Side, or right onto the parkway. The units feature: hardwood floors, dishwasher, stove, built in microwave, new cabinets, plenty of closet space. There are coin operated washers and dryers in the basement as well as storage units. The rent includes one off street parking spot in the lot behind the building. Tenants pay electric only, heat is electric. Landlord pays water, sewage and trash. If the pet is friendly, we are friendly, there is no pet deposit or monthly fee. We have openings in a renovated, 24 unit, brick building on Robinson Street in Oakland. It is conveniently located 1 1/2 blocks away from the University of Pittsburgh, Carlow University, hospitals, and everything Oakland has to offer! The bus runs up and down the street as well as across Terrace, which is one block up. Each unit has an assigned off street parking space included in the rent. There is coin operated laundry and extra storage in the basement. There are bike racks inside the building on each floor. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash disposal. Tenant pays electric only. There is electric baseboard heat. All of our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two pet maximum. We require proof of vaccinations and licenses, but we do not charge additional rent or fees for pets. Most of the leases in this building go from August 1st - July 31st of each year, but we sometimes have tenants who would like to vacate earlier.
