Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms and bathroom. 1 bedroom has a walk in closet. Outside has a fenced in yard, sprinkler system and shed. Tenant is required for the upkeep of the yard, which is weekly mowing and weed control. Close to grocery store, post office, transit system, restaurants and gym. No smoking or pets allowed. Deposit can be broken up into 2 or 3 payments. Background check and application is required. Units are all the same set design but not all the pictures are of the available unit as tenant is still living there.
