This apartment has central AC and Heat. So you can keep it at just the right temperature. The building is across from 1855 Saloon and Grill and Old Towne Coffee House; a short walk to Fireman's Park; and only 30 minutes in rush hour to downtown Madison. The Village of Cottage Grove has also created a nice new extension to the Glacial Drumlin trail that connects the bike/walking path into Cottage Grove and gives you plenty of space to enjoy nature. We will accept 1-2 small or medium cats or dogs with a $200 pet deposit per pet. Requirements: minimum household income of $2,700, no recent evictions, no recent violent or property crime convictions, and no unpaid money judgements on WCCA.
