This house is 1/2 mile from UCCS and University Village shopping center. 1 Mile from Santa Fe Trail. 1 Mile from I-25. 3 miles from downtown. 2 Miles to Palmer Park or Ute Valley Park. 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. No pets. No smoking. Message me if interested. If the add is up it is available. Require background check, credit check and $2400 security deposit.
