Shared access to gorgeous, expansive backyard and to the main house for kitchen and laundry. We are a single mother and young children, gone in the days but around for friendly hellos in the evening and weekends. Prime location, directly across the street from Griffith Park entrance and easy access to Hollywood and 101 Freeway.
