This is the condo that you are looking for! Every thing you need and want at a great monthly rent in Park City! Monthly renewable rental (perfect for a summer getaway!) until Dec 15. Contract necessary - you can rent one month, three months, etc. NOTE: EXIT is mandatory by Dec 15. This condo does NOT rent seasonally. Sorry. Family use. Superbly located at the base of the Canyons, home to weekly concerts, free bus line, hiking, biking, and so much more, this 1/1 condo has been remodeled, offering top shelf amenities in a superb location! Enjoy two pools, four tennis courts, two hot tubs on premises. From cork wood floors throughout (except for bedroom), master mason build fireplace, granite counters and gorgeous cabinetry in kitchen, stainless appliances, wood blinds - our first goal was to create a comfortable, clean, as allergen free environment as possible. Brand new sleeper sofa in living room - never used! Washer and dryer in unit. Dine al fresco with seating for four at the patio table. Enjoy the cool evenings Park City offers! Nearby: walk to free transit, hiking, biking, mountain biking, ski resort, concerts. Plenty of awesome appliances: from blender stick, coffee grinder, Kuerig, panini maker. We've stayed here, so we've stocked it well! Absolutely no pets and no smoking, no vaping. My son uses the condo for his ski vacations in the winter and is highly allergic to pets. We've kept the condo as allergy free as possible and ask that you do the same. Clean lines offer a condo that appears as though it were from the pages of a magazine, and is "too nice" to be a rental. Available NOW until Dec 15th. Utilities: In YOUR name: expect to pay $100 for wifi/cable; $50 gas/ electric plus deposits. Mandatory electric in your name! Does not include exit cleaning fee of $150 - 200 - payable at time of booking directly to cleaning company. (The longer you stay, the deeper the clean per cleaning company.) Check directly to cleaners at time of move in. Does not include security deposit of $1200. Background/reference/employment check/credit report needed. You may provide this or a fee will be charged for it.
