One couple or single upstairs uses the small room for a bed, the smaller room for a closet and storage, and the large room for a great den. Upstairs also has a small bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
The second couple or single downstairs uses one bedroom as a bedroom and the second bedroom as a private den/office.
