About This Property

This large and very private, upstairs loft apartment is in a landmark Art Deco building on the border of Silver Lake and Echo Park. It has hardwood floors throughout and is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. It has a large kitchen and bathroom, cable tv, wifi, lots of books, a dishwasher and lounge chairs on the deck. We've been renting the space out for ten years now and all our guests have loved staying there. There is a reserved parking spot right by the entrance. Which has security cameras. The apartment is centrally located to hip Silver Lake and Echo Park there are many great restaurants nearby and easy access to the major freeways. It's ideal for families as well as couples or friends. We look forward to welcoming you here.
